A ninety-minute webinar that teaches how to create specific development plans for individuals, and how to provide ongoing coaching to support the plan.
Participants will learn to write comprehensive development plans using The Development Planner writing application, part of The Managers Resource Center.
Managing Performance
A ninety-minute webinar that teaches how to manage all levels of employees – from high performers to struggling ones.
Participants learn how to give behavior-specific performance feedback, and do in-the-moment coaching.
They also use The Feedback Planner application, part of The Managers Resource Center, to learn how to address performance issues.
Onboarding Employees
A ninety-minute webinar that helps managers create an infrastructure within their organization for effectively onboarding any new employees.
Managers learn how to create initial performance objectives and development plans, then have time to create “reusable onboarding resources” that they will use with almost any new employee.
Transitioning to Management
A ninety-minute webinar that teaches managers how to move from individual contributor to manager.
The session shows participants how to delegate, manage relationships with former peers, set direction, establish a working style, and manage common initial problems.
Participants use The Managers Resource Center to create a plan for continuing their transition into management.
It is highly recommended to include ongoing private coaching as they make the transition.
